Please do not submit any tips that (a) contain any third party materials that you have no right or permission to use, including third party trade-marks, quotes or URLs; (b) include obscenity or profanity; (c) contain anything in poor taste which discusses or incites illegal behaviour or includes anything racist, sexist, defamatory or libelous; (d) include anything disparaging to Powerwise (e) provides any personal information such as names (first and/or last), celebrity names, telephone numbers, street addresses, or email addresses.

By submitting a tip you agree to the following:

You warrant that your tips contain original material only and you grant Powerwise a non-exclusive, world-wide, perpetual license, to use, reproduce, copy, publish, advertise, display, post, transmit and modify your tips and publish your name along with your tip (where applicable), in whole or in part in any form or media. You expressly waive any moral rights in your tip in favour of Powerwise.

You agree that transmitting or posting any tips on this website makes your tips accessible to the public and Powerwise will not be held liable for any copying, reproducing or use by viewers. You agree that you shall have no recourse against Powerwise for any alleged or actual infringement of any right in your tips.

Powerwise reserves the right to refuse to post, edit or to remove any tips in whole or in part, that, in its sole discretion are unacceptable, or in violation of these Terms. You agree to indemnify Powerwise for any breach by you of these Terms and any claims or liabilities arising in connection with you posting a tip on this website.

Powerwise reserves the right to permanently ban registrants who repeatedly violate the terms of use for the site. If behaviour deemed inappropriate is observed, members will be warned once via e-mail to their registered e-mail address that they are not acting in the interest of the site’s purpose and they will be banned if their activity continues. If their behaviour is observed a second time after this warning, they will be banned from the site by having their registration removed from our database.

You agree that you are of the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence or you have had your parent/legal guardian agree to these terms on your behalf. In the event it is discovered that a minor posted tips without consent from a parent or legal guardian all such material will be immediately removed.
